As you know Yukirin’s graduation from AKB is happening in a few months, and I was wondering if any of you had any suggestions as to how to sabotage this and stop her leaving. Any suggestions would be welcome! Thanks in advance!

What's something that you loved or had good memories with as a kid that's now discontinued, and what's your favorite/most familiar memory of it?

Mine is a store. We had a huge K-mart in a plaza near our old house and we used to go there all the time. I especially remember in the checkout lines there were these huge lollipops that were multicolored with a marble-like pattern. I don't think anyone really even bought them because they were always stocked lmao, but when my mom or grandma did sometimes buy me one I'd be over the moon hehe. The only reason I even remembered this is because a few days ago we went to Home Depot and I saw the same bunch of lollipops! Anyways the K-mart is gone, and it's a goddamn amazon warehouse now (FUCK YOU JEFF, I'LL GET YOU NEXT TIME!!!)

I'll start: the only successor for a stan lee cameo in each marvel project now that neither stan nor king kirby are with us is a brian michael bendis cameo as he has done the most to build what we think of as the MCU due to his work as the architect of ultimate marvel and then subsequent 616 work.

i'm spinning deftones' white pony on my cd changer right now. suchhh a good album. i don't listen to it enough. can't wait for rx queen to come on.

before this i spun sleigh bells' debut, loved the noise so much i wanted to hear more like it so i threw on this deftones record. and before that was nmixx' fe3o4: break, and before THAT was sadness' i want to be there, which was such a wonderfully painful and nostalgic listen. love that album to bits, so glad i own it on cd now (and cassette!)

and before all that i was just listening to some billie eilish from my computer lol. i haven't listened to her in a while so revisiting her has been fun. the noise pop of happier than ever blew me away for the second time, the first time because when i first heard it after the album came out. such a beautiful and cathartic song. i need to revisit the rest of the album it's on in full. hopefully i can get the cd for it sometime.

dambara ruru. DAMBARA RURU. love of my life. i fell in love with her late 2019 and never looked back. her skill and talent is inspiring and impressive and she lights up every room she enters. her personality is so bright and lively and she's just so friendly and sweet and i love everything about her, i love hearing her sing, i love seeing her face light up when she does something she loves. she's a fantastic idol and i think everyone should stan her.

i've gradually grown more distant with beyooooonds over the years, given their long hiatuses and arguable lack of attention from ufp, and i've become disillusioned with how fast they were disregarded after their build up between 2018-19 and the momentum they had with their debut crashing and burning when the pandemic hit. HOWEVER. my tumblr blog has been named after uutan since i started it. she is just a joy to watch as an idol, her dancing is amazing and her smile is adorable and i love how she's a fan of precure like i used to be. she's just so fun! she really lights up a stage whenever she's on it, her personality is so apparent, and it's just wonderful to see.

lastly, because i don't follow the other groups like i used to for my oshis in them to mean more than "i like this member slightly more than the others and know little about them" - ocha norma! yonemura kirara!!!!! cutest girl in the whole wide world!!!!!!! i've been rooting for her since her long kss days and i'm so, SO proud to see her debut with ochan and bring such a colorful vibe to an already vibrant group. i'm glad her hard work was finally rewarded with a debut, that she didn't give up, that she finally made it to a group, and i'm so excited to see her growth in the coming years.

so yeah! gush about your hellopro oshis! go wild!

what do we think folks. this can be about the last audition or about new girls in the last year i guess idk i'm behind on h!p

miha is really cute and adorable, she immediately caught my eye. i don't really follow tsubaki anymore since kishimon dipped but i do like newbaki a lot and now that we have... new newbaki(?) maybe the new blood will bring good things for the group

i didn't expect so many new kss, wonder if some will be added to the kss unit. which like, why do we even have another one since ochan just debuted last year lol??? crazy to me. h!p just rapid fire debuts at this point. weird.

i haven't kept up with momusu in a while but the new girls are very wholesome looking. it looks like sakurai has grown far more comfortable and she seems like such a great personality for the group, i need to learn more about her, especially since she isn't even that new anymore! but about the new new girls, inoue and getta, i believe? they seem to have a lot of potential. and with momusu spotlighting the newer gens now since fukuchan and maa left, i think things are really looking up for the group, even if it'll be a bit of a rocky process to get somewhere overall comfortable.

and for the love of god, NO NEW BIYO MEMBERS

I do like both these songs, I don't think they slap as hard as previous releases, but you can't expect mama Soyeon to give her group all-kills every single time. I caught myself humming both of them, soooo~ I think they are good, but not good good. What about you?
