tl;dr my computer cannibalized itself late february, lost a bunch of data, then i fucked something up trying to get my data back and had to reinstall linux AGAIN and did not recover lost data. my most recent password backup was in november, before this forum existed. thus i lost my password to this. and resetting it was an sql query and i hate sql so my ass put it off for a month
